The Bill (Reg. No.2359) specifies the structure, duties, orientation of activity, statute and subordination of the bodies of the State Controlling and Auditing Service of Ukraine, the procedure of appointment and dismissal of heads of its bodies, the list of institutions subordinate to the Service, the procedure of taking controlling measures and realization of its materials.
Thus, the Bill authorizes the bodies of the State Controlling and Auditing Service of Ukraine to exert control on behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine over the accuracy of formation, legal, target-oriented and efficient use of funds and property in the sector of insurance.
Moreover, the Bill introduces amendments to the Code on Administrative Infringements, the Budget and Economic Codes, the Law ‘"On State Statistics", "On Preliminary Imprisonment", and other legislative acts.
